· Below you willl find service maintenance pricing for various typewriters and faxes. If your equipment is not listed, please contact the Purchasing Department at 5660 and we will obtain pricing for you.
· Please note, for both faxes and typewriters, service agreements do not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, “acts of God”, water damage or fire.
Prices quoted include unlimited service calls per machine. A service call includes
cleaning and adjustments. Any parts are an additional cost and will be billed
to the department. If a repair cannot be made on site, the typewriter will be
taken to the shop and a repair estimate provided. At that time, the department
will determine whether or not to authorize the repair.
The following prices are in effect from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008

The basic fax price per year includes unlimited service calls and basic cleanings of mirrors, lenses, and rubber rollers. Parts, if needed, are additional. Parts, for example, are rubber rollers, electronic boards, separator pads, etc.
The fax price with parts and labor is as stated. This would be unlimited calls, all cleanings, and all parts.
